MCBA BARESJ Presents - Making the Case for “Culturally” Competent Representation. This 2 hour presentation has been designed to assist you in becoming a more effective advocate in a culturally diverse society. Our speakers will lead a discussion on the intersection between ethics, cultural competency and the fair and impartial administration of justice.  The panel will analyze real life scenarios and provide practical solutions to assist practitioners in responding ethically, professionally and respectfully to clients, the court and colleagues.

This program has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of NJ for 2 hours of total CLE credit, including 1 credit towards ethics/professionalism. (Recognized  for NY CLE Credit.)


Cost: $20-MCBA Members and $40-All Others


(Law Clerks, Law School Students, Paralegals & Legal Secretaries are Free)
