The seminar will focus on:
- Who is most qualified to treat pain from an interventional and non-interventional pain management standpoint
- Psychosocial aspects of pain - determining real pain vs. malingering
- Medication vs. Injection vs. Surgery
- Minimally invasion surgical options in pain management and preparation for fusion surgery
- The use of FME (Functional Medical Examination) vs. FCE (Functional Capacity Evaluation)
- MRI Interpretation, Findings and Correlation with Subjective Complaints
- Building Your Case - Understanding the terminology, evaluations, reports and treatment options
- Preparing your client and expert witness for trial
This program has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of NJ for 2 hours of total CLE credit, including 2 credits towards civil trial certification. (Recognized for NY CLE Credit.)
