Joseph graduated from Rider University in 2001 (Cum Laude) with a BA in Business Administration. He then went on to receive a JD from New England School of Law in Boston in 2004. Following law school, Joseph served as law clerk to the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone while she presided over the civil division of the Middlesex County Vicinage. He is licensed to practice law in NJ and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
He is a member of the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the American, New Jersey State and Middlesex County Bar Associations. He is on the Board of Trustees for the Thomas Edison Tower and Museum Center at Menlo Park, a charitable organization formed to maintain and preserve the historic tower and museum.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice and workerâ€™s compensation. Joseph has been on the New Jersey Super Lawyers list for ten consecutive years. Joseph currently serves as the municipal prosecutor for the Township of Edison and has been prosecuting there for the last 10 years. He also served as the prosecutor for the Borough of Keyport from 2008 until 2010. Joseph has represented criminal defendants in municipal courts and county courts outside of Middlesex County on a variety of issues.
Born and raised in Edison, NJ, Joseph now resides in Monroe Township with his wife, Danielle and daughters, Cara and Gia.
