Notice to the Bar
Mandatory eCourts Filing of Motions
Beginning April 1, 2016

Effective April 1, 2016, all motions must be filed via eCourts, the judiciary’s electronic motion filing system.  As of April 1, 2016, paper motions that are not supported by a parallel e-filing will not be accepted in the criminal division and will be returned.
