Pre-Game Warm-up (5:30pm):
Professor Marc Edelman and Attorney Christopher Soriano will provide an inside look at Fantasy Sports and the Law. This 1.5 credit CLE program will focus on the Legal Implications of Fantasy Sports from a Federal and State Perspective, Intellectual Property Laws in the Context of Fantasy Sports, Daily Fantasy Leagues v. Standard Fantasy Leagues and Criminal and Civil Liability for Fantasy Sports Participation.
(This program has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of NJ for 1.5 hours of total CLE credit.)

Cocktails & hors dâ€™oeuvres, networking and NCAA Football with Marc and Chris and the Sports & Entertainment Law and Young Lawyers Committees.
