This presentation will cover a number of valuation Court cases dealing with discounts that are not the typical lack of control and lack of marketability discounts normally considered in valuation. The Court cases covered will include the Estate of Furman, the Estate of Adell, Bross Trucking, the Estate of Freeman, Koblick v. Commissioner, Estate of DiSanto, Astleford v. Commissioner, Gow v. Commissioner, Estate of Newhouse, Adams v. U.S., Estate of Wheeler, Estate of Bennet, Estate of Davis, Estate of Dunn, Eisenberg v.
