Commissioner, Estate of DiSanto, Astleford v. Commissioner, Gow v. Commissioner, Estate of Newhouse, Adams v. U.S., Estate of Wheeler, Estate of Bennet, Estate of Davis, Estate of Dunn, Eisenberg v. Commissioner, Estate of Welch, Estate of Luton, Estate of LeFrak, Estate of Reiner, Estate  of Magnin, Estate of Wright, Estate of Hendrickson, Estate of Kollsman, Peracchio v. Commissioner, Estate of Kosman, Kerr v. Commissioner, Estate of Mandelbaum,  Estate of Borgatello and many more.
