The speakers will provide a detailed discussion on the following:

  • Proving What is Reasonable, Necessary and Casually Related;
  • Who is Qualified to Tell Us What is Reasonable?
  • The Fee Schedule and Medical Expenses over PIP;
  • Is It an Enforceable Lien?
  • ERISA and Workers' Compensation Considering Deever, Is It Enforceable?

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.0 qualify as hours of credit towards civil trial certification.
