One Year Later: The Business Court

Effective January 1, 2015, the Supreme Court implemented
Business Courts in all vicinages throughout the State. This panel
discussion will address where we are and what is on the horizon, focusing on
how to get a dispute transferred to the Business Court, what to expect when it
is, and the benefits of the program. Experienced practitioners will also
discuss how mediation can be used as a tool that both the Business Courts and
the parties can use to accomplish the goal of achieving an economical
resolution of disputes.
