The seminar will focus on the following:
  • Pointers, pitfalls and practical advice for attorneys and other professionals caught up in the criminal justice system
    • Which criminal and motor vehicle offenses can affect professional licenses?
    • What is the process for self-reporting a charge/conviction?
    • What are the ethical implications of admitting criminal guilt?
  • Review of key ethics rulings & court decisions all professionals should know before it's too late
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.0 qualify as hours of credit towards ethics/professionalism. (Please note that Approved CLE Courses in NJ are Recognized for CLE Credit in New York.)
