Family law cases can lead to a variety of complaints against lawyers, many of which lead clients to change lawyers, or file disciplinary charges or malpractice suits. This seminar will look at some of the top reasons matrimonial lawyers get sued and how they can avoid it, including:

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.0 qualify as hours of credit toward ethics/professionalism and certification in matrimonial law. (The actual credits earned may be less if the course time is less than 100 minutes.)
